1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register. By creating an account you confirm all information provided is truthful.

2. Account & Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform — including fake profiles, harassment, spam, solicitation, sharing others' contact details without consent, or any illegal activity.

⚠️ Misuse will result in immediate suspension without warning. Accounts flagged for misuse, fake information, abuse or policy violation will be suspended or banned without prior notice. Such decisions are final.

3. Content

Profile information and bios must be respectful. Real photos are not used on this lightweight web platform — vector avatars only. Users are responsible for accuracy of their details.

4. Privacy

Contact numbers are visible to logged-in matched users. See Privacy Policy.

5. Plans & Contact Limits

Registration: men pay a one-time ₹299 Basic registration fee online; women register free. Members who register free are verified by our team before they can unlock contact numbers.
Weekly contact limit: using the Show Number button, each active member can unlock up to 25 new contact numbers per week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, Indian Standard Time). A number you have already unlocked can be opened again without counting again, for as long as that profile stays active.
Protection for each profile: through Show Number, a profile's number can be newly unlocked by at most 8 members within any 24 hours; after that, new requests are paused until the count falls. Members who unlocked it earlier are not affected.
Paid introductions: a contact bought through an upgrade plan is separate — it does not use up your weekly allowance, and it is not limited by the two rules above.
Hidden profiles: if you deactivate (hide) your profile, your number cannot be newly unlocked by anyone, including through paid introductions.
Metro Matrimony may change these limits. The limits on this page are the ones in force right now (the weekly limit was last changed on 18 September 2026).

6. Payments & No Refund

All payments are non-refundable. This includes registration fees, activation fees and any upgrade charges (₹299 / ₹1500 or future plans). No refund will be issued for any reason including suspension due to misuse, early discontinuation, or change of mind. See Refund Policy.
