Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund on Any Payments
All fees — including ₹299 Basic, ₹1500 Premium/activation and any future plans — are strictly non-refundable. No refund will be given for any reason including voluntary cancellation, non-usage, or account suspension due to misuse.
Misuse = Suspension without warning + No refund: Accounts found to misuse the platform (fake profiles, abuse, spam, harassment, policy violation) will be suspended or banned without warning and no refund will be issued. This is non-negotiable.
Cancellation: You may deactivate or delete your account anytime from Profile settings. No pro-rata refund for unused period.
Payment disputes: Contact within 7 days on WhatsApp 9288018599 or [email protected]. Genuine duplicate charges (proven) will be credited within 7–10 working days — otherwise no refund.
